Collect Call

Telefilm version of the feature film “Collect Call”. Clarinha (Bete Dorgam) is a wealthy lady who enjoys a comfortable life in the city of São Paulo. The peace and quiet of this upper-middle-class woman ends when she answers a phone call from an alleged kidnapper who would have abducted her daughter. The kinappper (Pierre Santos), who makes a collect call, holds Clarinha on the line for the next 12 hours, culminating in a car trip to Rio de Janeiro. However, Clarinha does not even suspect that she may be a victim of the false abduction scheme.
