Over the past ten years, millions of Brazilian families have gone into extreme poverty. This story is told in “Here, From This Place” through three families, scattered throughout this country, which portrays the transformation of Brazil and the way it affects each individual. The documentary shows how different generations assimilated this change and how the new family that was born without electricity now spends the whole day on the internet.
